    Trommel says hi

    Hiya,

    my name is Trommel ( which is german for drum btw ), I'm a computer system engineer and I'm doing a variauty of things mostly for commercial clients like PCs, servers and networks etc. and a big part are also printers, copiers etc. We are mostly, but not only, doing ricoh. I've been doing this for 8 years now.

    This forum has helped me quite a few times as a silent reader and I hope I can help as well.

      Hmmm, I tried starting a new thread in the ricoh forums, it says it needs to be approved by a moderator. Does this really need more than one day or am I doing anything wrong? Cheers.

          Welcome! Be patient site only admin Aneurysm is busy sometimes but will react.

                      Have you replied to the welcome email. If not, the system will only allow you to post to Newbie Check In.

                              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                                      After I verified my e-mail via the link I did answer the welcome private message from Aneurysm via forums. I haven't replied to the mail directly as it says something like "please do not reply to this email". I guess I can only try that then
