There is a Technical Forum for the make MFP in question. Use it. All techs who work on that make and model will then get to see your post and might be able to help you.

as an end user do you have the knowledge to use a multi meter?

If you intend on servicing this yourself ( not recommended ) you better buy/locate a service manual.

What happens in you open that door? Does the message stay the same or does it change.

I would recommend hiring a trained tech.

i tried opening and closing the door many times as well as turning off and on the power of the photocopier but the annoying message is there still.

As for calling toners inks, it would be nearly impossible to guide you with such a knowledge.

I own a konica minolta bizhub c452 used copier. The first time i turned it on it showed a little arrow on the screen indicating that the component door just under the inks is open. However, this door is closed. I tried turning on and off many times but the message persists.
What can i do?
