    Greetings from France

    Hi Everyone.

I'm a new tech. I live and work in France.
I don't speak english very well, sorry for that .

I work in a small company where i am the only tech. I'm working on CANON Copiers.
The guy who should learn me the job had quit when i arrived . I only learn with the technical manuals.
It's why i have lots of questions, and by the way, i'd like to thank here everyone who's sharing their experience.

Really enjoyed to be here. Thanks!

This should be very exciting for you. You have a fairly steep learning curve ahead.

      Ask an questions you like.
      Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Your English is understandable and I commend you as a person that is too dumb to learn a second language.
