    New to the forums

Hello all. I got hired by my company to service and install Ricoh machines. Been at the job for about a year now, and finally got access to the Ricoh training. I'm retired military, did just over 20 years in the USAF.

The person I replaced referred me to this site, and it's been quite helpful. I've mostly just been a lurker, but finally decided to create an account.

I'll be sure to try and answer as many questions as I ask, and I'll contribute to the site when I can.

    Cheers!

Welcome aboard. You have pretty good introduction. It's nice to have such people around. Many good Ricoh techs are ready to help as you already may know.

Welcome! It's refreshing to get somebody who can say a few words about himself.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Glad to have you join us.

You company has most likely set you up with a login to the Ricoh Learning Institute to take online prerequisite training. There are also many other online courses you can take on your own.
