I tried to add a image for my avatar. I can see it in my profile, but I don't see it when I create a Post.

After looking at your profile page it could be that your custom avatar is too large. Go to Settings - Edit Avatar. Under Custom Avatar Option 1 or 2 is the following statement "Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 48.8 KB (whichever is smaller)." Your current avatar is 120 by 300 pixels. Use an imaging software such as IrfanView to crop the image. At about 120 by 120 you will get the head shoulders and the cork of the bottle.Comment

I believe that there are two avatars: The one that displays in the forums and the one that appears in your profile. And yes, there are size limitations and file type limitations.
Note under Settings > Edit Profile Picture or Edit Avatar (two different things).

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
