    Hello from Ky

Hi all, Id like to introduce myself. I own a independent dealership in KY and I have basically been a copier tech since I graduated electronic school in 1996. I was awarded Konica's Gold Seal certificate during training for a particular machine series "7020 i think" I have been trained on machines from the era 7033 until C352. I became Service manager and then VP of service in the early 2000s. I decided to start my own company in 2007 and have mainly sold and serviced off lease Konica Minolta. I have considered other brands due to the huge expectations to become authorized with KM but I've compared CPCs to the easiest ones to get into and it just wouldn't make since. I apologize that I haven't contributed to the site with info for previous models that I've had expertise on. So far I have been doing pretty well with the 4 and 8 series, rarely needing outside help. I appreciate the site. And hope to be of help in some way.
    Mike

      Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Welcome.
