I have been working on a Bizhub 227 and looking for some help. It prints crystal clear and if I use the Glass to scan it prints crystal clear. Now when I use the ADF unit on top there is a black stripe about an inch wide running down the edge of paper. I have cleaned all the glass and see no dirt or smudges anywhere. Just installed a brand new ADF unit today with the same result so what do I look for next.
