    Newbie Checking In

Good afternoon all. I work for one of the major remarketers of off lease equipment. Primarily joining to see what issues you are seeing with machines, and look for common solutions to some of the problems we see in our service line. I wont promote but if anyone is looking for any used office equipment domestically feel free to shoot me a message. I have a feeling quite a few of you are already working with us from a quick search but I wanted to offer it as a solution should you need a used or parts machine.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Well, professionally I've just gotten back into the office equipment industry after a 10 year hiatus. Worked for one of the industries larger dealers previously, specialized in Xerox but in my current role need to have knowledge on all of the major manufacturers. I look forward to using a lot of the feedback I pickup here to share with the dealers I work with when they come to me for guidance. I enjoy the service side of things, spending time with our tech line learning how these machines work has been a surprisingly rewarding part of my new role. Personally, I'm married with 3 kids so very busy nights and weekends. I really enjoy reading through the expert support everyone is able to give to some of the most seemingly random issues and feel like everyone here is surprisingly supportive even to newly joined members of the forums. I look forward to conversations with each and everyone here.
