    Howdy folks

Somewhat new to the site, been browsing it when I can't get my brain around something for a while, finally got off my duff and registered. Been a tech for about 10 years, and an "IT guy" for about 15. Been trained on Sharp, Konica Minolta, Muratec, Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba and Kyocera, and am currently a tech for one of KMA's direct operations dealerships. Currently trying to learn the art of teleportation, since I'm on the road so much my pedal foot is getting callouses.

Welcome Swamp. I've got those callouses myself. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
