    newbie from Jersey

    Hello!
My name is Joe. I need some help with a Konica 2125, and this forum seemed like a good place to try. The copier belongs to the InfoAge Science / History Learning Center, a non profit museum located in Wall, NJ. Our copier, a Konica 2125, is in need of servicing. Its flashing an error code, and the printouts are light and streaked. Because we are on a limited budget, I want to try and service it myself, although I am a bit fearful of screwing it up

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks
    Joe

Welcome starbase. What is the error code? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I am thinking that it is F86, but I'll have to double check when I get to it again.

We'll steer you right. I'll be the first to point out if it's better to have a tech handle this for you.

Let us know when you have the code. =^..^=

          Thank you.

I understand that it would be better for a tech to do it, but it isn't in the budget right now
