    New Bloke saying hello

    G'day everyone,
    I have had a look around the forum and find some very entertaining and enlightening discussion.

    I am a voice and data systems tech working in public hospitals in NSW(Australia) and being the only tech for 5 hospitals I get to work on most things IT. Lots of variety in my job and always lots to learn cause I can't keep it all in my head all at once.

    I hope my own experience will assist forum members in the future.

    thanks for having me

      Welcome. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Welcome.
              Glad ya didn't ask for firmware or manuals.
              Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                G'day Everyone

                many thanks for your welcome messages. I am encouraged to contribute to this forum.

                RRodgers, Thanks for your welcome.
                I work for Government and we have procedures for acessing the things you mentioned. I rarely have a need to seek these things from sources such as this forum but then occasionally and older machine will pop up and the info can be difficult to access.
