Bizhub 6500 c3805 error

I have been reading to find more information on the c3805 error on the KM bizhub 6500. Cannot pinpoint the problem. First sheet jams in fuser--four times, then code, just as described in the manual. Switched 3-1 to 0, but still jams on first sheet when we bring the machine up. Examined all gears, all look ok; 3 one-ways were recently replaced--less than 50K. We have been running hard for last 36 hours, though. Any guidance on how to test for the possible faulty element?
