Hey guys, my name is Anthony, I am a very green copy-tech. I'm just starting to learn about this whole business and any help I can get is appreciated. The machines I am currently working on are a Toshiba Estudio 2500c (which has a dead hard drive right now) and Sharp4501N.

I am looking for a place to learn about installing the base Operating System/Firmware and any and all programs required. I will be getting manuals from justmanuals.com.

I am in the dallas area, so if anyone is looking for small jobs on occasion and dont mind someone (me) hanging over their shoulder to learn a bit, please PM me and I will send you more contact info.

Also if you are a parts dealer I am also interested in speaking. I am part of a start-up copier business.

You can learn a lot here. Many of us learn a lot here. Good Luck and Welcome. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
