    Hi!

Hey all. Just joined the forum, thought I may be of some help.

I'm a RISO engineer over here in england, fully trained by Riso uk. I'm not sure if it's of much use here, but I'm also trained on duplo finishing equipment, ideal guillotines and some plockmatic finishers.

Any duplo/riso error codes, I have access to all tech manuals etc so can probably help people out.

    Charles.

    Re: Hi!

Any chance you have a pinout for plockmatic 75 to 310B collator. It is the 25 to 15 pin cable. Thanks for any help

        Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

How many more places are you going to posts this same?

OK Butthead I put it in the wrong forum the 1st time. excuse ME all i wanted was to see if someone had a used cable or maybe had a good pin out of the cable.

I have had enough of you for one day. Go back to your retirement.

                Re: Hi!

I did not intend to post in this newbie forum. I saw a post from 2010 and asked a question. Then i put my question in Wanted and i think also Parts. Been on here 11 years and never had a problem. I was insulted for asking a question after i used the web for all information possible.

                  Re: Hi!

Welcome aboard! I was recently informed that we just picked up 6 Riso's in a very demanding environment. They're sending me to Boston to get some training but I'm sure I'll need lots of help getting started. So far they seem so simple, I'm excited to learn the ins and outs.
