An Introduction!

Well Hello!

Hi All, obviously you can see that I am quite new to this board. But I have been in the Photocopier industry now for around 7 years.

Was linked to this site by a friend and thought I would be a great idea to become a member and hopefully learn a bit more, and be able to pass on any information I have.

I work for a fairly recognised Photocopier company and have been dealing with support for various office models over my years of employment.

So say Hello, and hopefully I can be of some use.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
