    I'm technician currently servicing Sharp copiers and Canon products. Serviced in past HP products. Heave been working for several companies in past and I heave 7 years experience in printer tech.

    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
