Were you already working for this company and switched jobs or did you just start a new job with a new company?
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

You have a lot to learn, and this is a great place to learn it. Welcome. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Answer

I have been with this company for three years and the contract was up on the copier and it was segested that I work on it instead of renewing the contract. They think that sence I can fix water sorce heat pumps (We have 49 of them) I can fix copiers. LOL Thanx for the response.

Welcome from another another newish type guy. Do you have a general understanding on how a copy machine works? This forum is great. Be sure to let us know what brand and model the copier your working on is and we should be able to help you out.
