Transfer Belt Cleaner - Xerox dcc 240

Hi,

I am new here and got problem with my xerox dcc240 which i imported from Australia and no technician here can help me with it.... ... Can anyone please please please help me.... the transfer belt cleaner status shows end of quality life... can someone tell me what it means? does it mean changing the transfer belt or i can just reset the count?

really they should be replaced but you have nothing to loose by trying. I know some engineers who have tried it and got away with it.

i am afraid my copier stop working... i am looking for the spare part at the moment and still waiting for reply..

i got it fix i hope.....
dust it off as instructed by someone i $150 for ...

but now i got new problem.. my black image is not very dark anymore...
can someone help me in this ...
