Bizhub C280 Document Feeder Problem

Hello everyone _please Help

I am having a curious problem with the Document feeder DF-617 of the ineo+280 (bizhub C280).

The DF jams Plain paper (80gr) - single and multiple sheets . The jam is happening at the begining of the feeding procedure. Although I have Checked and cleaned the feeding system the DF still jams the plain paper at he very begining.

The curious thing is that if I place a bond paper (160-270gr) original, the feeder works properly without any jams? Note that the machine and the feeder are brand new.

Any suggestions or ideas how to solve this curious problem ?

The problem is very common on KM feeders.
The solution is to raise the input tray 2-3 mm.
It is a mecanical modification.
