Kyocera 420ci error code 1102

    Kyocera 420ci error code 1102

    I have been trying to set the SMB path to a Shared folder without success and it is driving me nuts, read how easy it is but it constantly gives me error code 1102

    I cannot find this in the manual: any ideas??

      1102 is a problem with Username/Password or Filename/Sharename. Take a look at page 220 of the service manual. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          thats a login error error. make u sure u have the right username and password, also check to see if the shared folder has the proper permissions. If they have a domain the domain name comes first then the username.
