    I need help with Canon iRADV5030

    Hello everyone!
    At Canon iRADV5030 when printing large runs out very bright copy. Contrast is reduced gradually.
    Waiting for help.

    what condition are your drums and developers in?
    Is the customer running a full auto gradation on the unit before starting the job?
    How many copies are being ran at one time before the image quality starts changing?

    These are not production machines and not designed to run large quantities of paper at one time especially if you are running heavy coverage on the job. I would also make sure the machine firmware is at the newest version which is version 56.01

      Thank you for your reply. You have confirmed my assumptions. Now I will convince the customer to buy a more efficient high volume printer.
      But first, update the software version.
