Hello everyone. My name is Mike. I'm a newbie, having only been in the field for a little over four months. I'm eager to learn as much as I can and be more well rounded in what I can do with copies, and computers/networking in general. Hope to learn a lot here. Talk to everyone soon!

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
