    A Simple Introduction Thread

I'm from Butte, MT. New to copier service. Only been working in it for 6 months now. Working for a Lanier dealership. And I have gone to Ricoh University for the scanning technologies, somehow this made me the local expert on scanning.
We work on pretty much everything from Toshiba 2060s to LD635Cs to Sharp calculators.

Hopefully, I can be of help on here instead of just getting help.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

    Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        From a 'Newbie'

Good morning. I am but a humble architectural designer, not really a 'techie' at all. I have registered for this forum because I have a Ricoh Aficio MP C2500 which is one of my most valuable tools. It is not too dramatic to say that without it I cannot function - at least in the way I prefer. From time to time the machine throws a wobbly (the latest is a defunct touchscreen) and because of my limited income I have to try to resolve these issues myself. Apologies if this denies any engineers out there valuable work but needs must as they say. These forums are really valuable in giving me the information I need to avoid random prodding and poking! So thanks to all.
