    Newbie - checking in

    My name is Matt. I work for a large cable company in Upstate New York (I'll let you guess which one) My title is PC Administrator here and I've been in that position for the past 2 years. Working for the company for 11. I used to be a service tech with a smaller company doing everything from server to printer repair and upgrades. Thinsg have changed alot since then.

    Anyway I wanted to introduce myself and thank the owners/moderators for creating and upkeeping a very slick forum.

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
