    Reluctant Printer Tech

I got shafted into becoming a printer tech, when those who are failed to get clearance at an Anal customer's site.

While I sneak them in as much as I can; I have learned too much! Now instead of fixing networks...I'm being called on to fix printers...

I may have a clue, but there is so much I still don't know...

Shafted is right. Run. Run silent, run deep, but the key word here is "run".
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

... just remember this. No matter how may years you do it, this one thing never changes. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

All printers are disposable if you're convincing enough.
“Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'” (Isaac Asimov)
