    Hi guys

    Hi Guys

    just came across this website through a random search of templates, looking through the forum posts, im glad to be a member!!

    This is my 10th year in the industry and service toshiba, ricoh, oki, lexmark, risograpgh, just starting to get to grips with kyocera too (mainly toshiba trained every model and range since 3550)

    Well im looking forward to gaining more knowledge from posts on here and i hope i can aid anyone with problems ive encountered myself

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
