    Hello

I have been in copiers since 1988. I started on Minoltas went to an independent dealership where I started on Minoltas and Konicas when they were separate companies. When that dealership started selling Toshiba I moved to another dealership to work mainly on Minoltas and that company was bought by Toshiba. I was converted to Toshiba and now have spent more time on the line than Minoltas.

I have learned a few things on this forum and hope to help where I can.

Welcome! We need your kind of expertise. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
