Hello HenryT2, I really started in 1965, working on Olivetti-Underwood typewriters and calculators. Then Sharp copiers. I started work in Gulfport, MS.

Glad to know you and hope to become good friends.

Hello to you also. I do feel like an antique somedays. Still, I'm glad to be here and kicking.

Like your quote. Henry Taber was my service manager when I started in this business. His quote was "If you can stay married and not be a drunk. You are doing something right. This kind of work is nerve wacking and most techs are drunks."

            Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
