Welcome! I can't wait to read some of your war stories. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Re: Great read

There is a huge amount of information in the forums and I have several problems that I have been researching to be able to repair tomorrow. When I said great read I meant that there is information
here that is not on the manufactures documentation. Unique bits of information.
Does someone know how to clear the NVR on a Konica C450 fax option to be able to program in a
new user situation? Appreciate any help

You'll get a better response if you post your question in the appropriate forum. In this case Konica Minolta.

The Konica Minolta experts don't necessarily read all the newbie check-in posts. =^..^=

As you can see I'm still trying to learn the system! Thanks for the advice
I was just looking for a fix quickly, which always makes waste!
