    HELLO new to board

    scott here,

i am a southern louisiana copier technician for about 23 years and counting.
worked for a small dealer servicing almost anything we came across (3M, Ricoh, Savin, Sharp, Gestetner, Lanier, Mita, HP, Canon, Minolta, Konica, AB Dick, Monroe, Copystar (God help me), Okidata, and actually factory trained on Minolta, Ricoh/savin, Copystar, Okidata, Sharp, and IBM Selectric Typewriters (ok, i'm old)
i've been a service manager for 5 years at one dealer, and about 7 years at current dealer,
it's been a good living so far, as ive told many potential hires, "as a copier tech, you'll never get rich, but you'll always have a job". so far, for 23 years, that's held true. lost a job once, and had another one 3 HOURS later.
i hope to see solutions others have found, and offer assistance from my experience when I can.
    good to be on board

        Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
