    New to daily printer/copier support

    Hello Everyone,

I have stumbled into the realm of copier/printers and I am enjoying it. Now I am preparing to my company's first hunt for a new printer lease. Checking here to see what issues people have and which copiers people love to use or has the least maintenance issues.

    Welcome!

You may find it a little tough to get a gauge on what copiers and printers people love as the forum is obviously geared towards problems. You'll find that copier support will really give you a good grounding in a lot of aspects of customer service, and also make your IT skills pretty strong.

      Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
