    newbie here...

    hi, everybody.

    i'm apprentice in digital copier machine, i have a small business in sale service and rental copier machine, and i'm also as technician copier machine. but i just have little bit of experience in canon, Toshiba and Ricoh brand only. i hope u all can help support me, especially in IT knowledge. Tq

    Sure. As long as you don't 1) Spam anywhere on this site, 2) ask for free manuals in places other than the manuals forum on this site, 3) ask for free firmware, or 4) ask for help, but after receiving advise never post a reply stating what fixed the problem. As long as you don't do those things, I and my friends on this site will be happy to help you in whatever way we can. Welcome to CTN.

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
