    Newbie Check in

Hello everyone, my name is Donald Brower from Jacksonville Florida. I am new to this forum but i have been in the Copier industry for 26 years.
I have been factory trained on Minolta, Sharp, Kyocera/Copystar, Ricoh/Lanier. I am current on Kyocera mita and some Lanier. I hope to gain some insite on more common issues that are unresolved and also be able to contribute to some things that we have been able to resolve from first hand expierence.

    Thank you

Thank you. I see you are out of New York. What brand of machine(s) do you service?

        Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I haven't touched a machine in years. I was a Mita tech back in the day.
