    Greetings, Tom here.

    I have found many helpful solutions (usually from Google searches) that pointed to Copytechnet and for that I am thankful. Therefore I have decided to cut out the middle guy (Google) and interact directly with the forums. I have been in this industry for almost 39 years and with my dealership for over 24. We are Canon exclusive. I work mostly on the I.T. side of the equipment. I don't know how we ever did this stuff without the internet. Anyway, looking forward to helping whenever possible and getting help whenever necessary.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
