    Hello

Just checking in to say hi. After being in the field for 24 years as a tech I am now dispatching. Part of my job is to provide phone support to customers and techs. While looking for info I came across this site. Looks like a great resource with lots of knowledgeable people.
    Thanks.

        Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Henry I'm factory trained on Toshiba, Konica and Ricoh copiers,Toshiba, Panasonic, and JetFax faxes and HP,Toshiba, Dell and Lexmark printers. I worked on all those plus whatever else they asked me to look at. If it had a drum and a fuser unit and feed tires, I've probably worked on it. The company I dispatch for now services all those plus Kyocera/ Mita, Sharp and Minolta.
