    New, yet old

    Hello all!
New to these forums and just wanted to say hi.
I have been in IT since the early 1980's and working on copier technology since 2006.
I went to a technical school for electronic repair and computer technology and then two years for criminal justice. I had the intent of following up with white collar crime etc, but decided after a few years the client base was not that enjoyable. lol
So, a friend had me check out their company and here I am. Love the no weekends, no shift work and really love not seeing the uglies on people's hard-drives......
    With that, i'll be around.

          Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
