    A Newbie from Bundaberg Australia

Hi, just thought I would introduce myself, I've been around the ridges in the Office Equipment scene since the early 70s and seen some remarkable changes.
I have been following some of the Forum Posts over the last few days and had a few laughs at some of the comments especially the Toner Shaking segment - yep I can relate to that.
I have been involved in most brands of Copiers over the years but in the last 10 years with Toshiba and Canon - hope I can join in your discussions and maybe help someone out over time. Thanks.

even more ... Welcome! Make yourself at home. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Good to see another fellow Aussie!!!
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

Thanks for the Welcome to you all, I'm still trying to work out how Posts & Threads etc. work - a bit like my first attempt at removing the fusing rollers on the early Mita cold press Copiers (early 80s).

I'm all about the Bundy 5 Lemon, Lime and Soda cans at the moment.

When you're ready to start your own New Thread:

                    select the Forum button
select the most appropriate Forum section, i.e.: Ricoh
                    Click New Thread
                    Tell us all about it.

There are some quirks you should know of:
                    1) When you're composing a title, don't make the last word "print". Your thread will appear in printable view only, and no one will be able to respond to your thread.
                    2) Your browser may limit your editing functions when in the text editor page. If you cannot properly edit in the window select Preview Post. Those functions will be restored.

                    Have fun! =^..^=
