    Just checking in

Started working on copiers and typewriters back in 1984 then changed jobs in 1989 and worked on Line Matrix printers,Band printers, thermal printers and some laser printers. Got let go last year due to corporate downsizing and was out of a job for 13 months. Got hired on as a copier/mfp tech 2 months ago and boy have the machines have changed. When I left in 89, you only got a doc feeder on the high end machines and we thought that was a big deal. Now they do it all and I am not sure if that's good or a bad only time will tell.

      Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
