    Y Halo Thar!

Ola! Names Andrew. I work on copy machines in Wisconsin. Started 7 months ago with absolutely 0 prior experience. Not exactly sure what to say here. I used to sell car audio and now I do this. So far I love it. Did my first Konica class a few weeks ago on the C6000/C7000 and got a Gold Seal in it. I believe I have the basics down and I am always looking for ways to better myself. Hopefully I will be a welcome addition to this place. I guess that's it for now. Be seeing you around.

      Welcome fellow mid-westerner!

We've all had to start somewhere. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
