    NEW: From Denmark

Hello everybody. Just found your site the other day, and thought this might be the place to seek advice for my Ricoh Aficio 3245C...

Welcome ..... How long have you been a tech? What other brands of copiers / printers do you have to work on ?

        Let's start with: Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm actually not a tech for copiers.
I was actually looking for help and expertise in copiers because I have some problems with my own aficio 3245C.

But on the other hand, I love to fiddle with tech, mechanics and so on.. I can almost dissasemble my copier now, and put it back together.. So a bit of a tech I might be.
