    Printer tech now fixing copiers?

Hi all ... I am a printer tech that just received 12 Canon IR2800 and just realized that I will now be a copy tech < I know... a printer tech is not a copy tech.. but I will have fun trying> thanks to this site I was able to install my print kit and super fax kit now for just a simple firmware upgrade... but hence this is for a different forum.

        Congratulations and Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

A copier is just a printer with a scanner on top. And a better user interface. You'll be fine.
