      Re: Keeping my account

As long as you're here, how about introducing yourself? It's not that hard ... like "Hi! I'm Ceadda, and I like Spam sandwiches and fixing copiers."

      ... something like that anyway ... =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Ok, my name is Chad, I was a copier tech when I posted that, and now have lateraled over to the I.T. side. Been with the company for almost 2 years now. I still do new installs of copiers, which I like, but when I'm not doing installs I am an I.T. I'm 22.

P.S.-Never had a spam sandwich before

You don't know what you're missing.

Cut it ~5mm thick and fry 3 slabs in a pan, both sides. Place hot on the bread. Catsup or mayo to taste. Mmmmmmm! =^..^=
