    Hello

I just wanted to say hi real quick. I have frequented this forum for some time to see if I can find any answers to the problems we face in our day to day lives, that being the dreaded copier technician. Anyways there have been a few times this site has lead me to the correct problem so for that .. Thank you. I have been working on these things for a while now and generally stick with a few brands. mainly Ricoh, Canon, Panasonic, and occasional Konica but very rare. And then the smaller machines also (HP, Lexmark, Samsung etc etc) Anyways thanks for any help along the way and hopefully I will be able to repay by giving some info/insight to someone elses problem

I can't imagine how that happened. We'll make a special effort in the future to offer ambiguous, fallacious, and misleading advise.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
