Another newbie
Hi Folks, just want to say hi and hope I can learn a lot of tips and possibly give a couple also. I am a small business owner in the health industry and have a few all all-in-one printers for the office. I also work in the semi-conductor industry working for over 20 years maintaining semi-conductor equipment. My hobby is reef aquaria, growing and trading corals for the past 14 years(on hold for now). Anyway nice to meet all of you and hope we can exchange ideas.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes! Welcome to our community! You will find us all really likeable and friendly. Be careful not to offend anyone or ask for copyrighted material. Some people get real nasty and leave negative rep power. I had some negative rep power sent to me anonymously and it almost destroyed my rep. I was -127 but now only -30 thanks to some very nice people around here.Comment
