    Minolta service Technician

Just found this site by accident looking for help on SMB scanning for a MAC.
I like this very much and will probably be on it every day.
    Thanks

Welcome! Like any community we have our problems but we work them out. Don't make the manual guy mad. He's a teddy bear but just don't walk on his grass. Love you Paul

        Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Welcome aboard.

We all need model of copier and OS of the MAC to know if it is even possible.

Older MACs don't support SMB scanning, but will support FTP.

I always recommend scan to email for communication and SMB for archiving.

Scan to email will split a document to ensure delivery.
A 30MB Color scan won't email from a folder because it is too big and you get service calls that a scanned document won't email when they attach it in Outlook.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Found the information I needed, and was very impressed with the information on this site.

I find it helps sometimes to bounce ideas off others and this seemed like the place.
I signed up immediately and began lurking through old threads.
Wish I knew about this site a few years ago.
