Hi All: I've just joined your great site, I'm from South Wales in the UK. I've been out of the Industry for quite a while due to health problems & i'm hoping to get back to work shortly, sites like this will help me play catch up.

      Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hi Canon: Sorry about the delay in replying, What did I used to work on ? Basically anything & everything. The companies I was working for did'nt work on any specific make, model or type of equipment. Whatever the equipment if the client had it on site & it went faulty then we had to work on it, whether it was a Copier / Laptop / Monitor / PC or Printer etc.
Basically that's the way i've allways been, if it's Electrical / Electronic or Electro mechanical i'll work on it. Over the years i've worked on some weird things but it all adds to the fun of the day.
