    Hi Everyone

    Hello Everyone,
I am from Australia working in technical support for Konica Minolta. I was recommended to this site from another technician. I have been working (and supporting) KM equipment for 28 years. This site is great for me as i will experience the issues all you guys are facing at the "coal face". My specialty is the KM Production Colour equipment.

      Re: Hi Everyone

Welcome to the real world. I apologize in advance for every bad thing I've said about tech support.

I hope KM doesn't discourage you. My good friend wazza is a Sharp dealer rep in Oz, and was asked to stop participating in the forum. I guess Sharp was afraid he'd share a little too much truth.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
