If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Most welcome to 'The knowledge base'. A tech? What machines do you work on?
Im more of an IT dude turned into a copier guy or something like that.. Anyhoo, I specialize in the "icing on the cake" so to speak, just connectivity mainly... ( scan to folder, scan to email, fax forward, etc)
I've dealt with the software and driver features of HP Laserjet with JetDirect, Oki, Kip, Smart LF Ci, Kyocera, Canon, and Sharp, installing it to client PC's and integrating the MFP into the customer's network.. I got some old school copier tech buds in this newly found career of mine, and theyre gradually teaching me how to turn a screwdriver and do PM's... I plan to contribute by keeping an eye on topics in Connectivity that I can provide insight, help with, or learn from... This place is a cool hangout!

Yup, The Owl is most definitely elite. The stuff he's posted on here, man, if he ever came out to Texas, I'd pick up his bar tab at the drop of a hat.. I've learned a few things from his posts already and I just joined..
