Hi, everyone. I am very fresh to this industry, start from zero. I just joined in the industrial a week ago and still try my best to learn as much as possible. Hope you all can take care of me here even if I am acting really stupid either here or in the reality experience.. ha..

Re: New and Fresh to the industry
Welcome! The best thing I do to avoid the most blatant stupidity is re-read my text a couple times before posting. Usually by that time I've recovered from my mostly temporary insanity and can correct the language as needed. You're stuck with whatever remains.
Again welcome! =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It reminds me of how my granpa taught me how to swim: Just throw em in there, they'll figure it out! haha!
My advice, if you want it bad enough, you will have it, you will make it! Connect with the right people in your company, and ask for help here, and you'll make it.Comment
