    New guy from Columbus

Hey all, just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I'm a Ricoh Associate techician (employed by Ikon/Ricoh US); I just started working on copiers 6 months ago with no prior exprience, so I'm completely new to this field and in fact I'm new to the IT field altogether. I'm currently certified on black and white MP 4000/5000s AND LOWER (including the MP301 line on down). I'm in the Columbus, OH market, and have been on my own for about 4 months. Hit me up if you have any questions, I may be new but I may be able to help. I've been lurking for awhile and the forums have already helped me a time or two, so hopefully I'll be able to return the favor! Thanks for a great community and I hope to talk to some of you later.

        Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
